Designed and maintained by the Government of Meghalaya, Eco Park is one of the popular tourist attractions of Cherrapunjee. From here, tourists can enjoy the breathtaking view of the ‘Green Canyons’ of Cherapunji along with the waterfalls that are located nearby. The eco-park also has a crystal clear water stream in its boundaries which looks absolutely surreal. One can pass the crossover bridge to arrive at its end to admire some amazing views of the canyons. Right from the other side of the park, one can admire the amazing views of the Bangladeshi plains. The park also has a vast variety of indigenous orchids given by the Shillong Agri-Horticultural society. These orchids are placed in the Green House of the park. Placed atop a plateau, this park offers some nice views of the Sylhet Plains of Bangladesh as well. The southern corner of the Eco Park is the originating point of the popular Nohsngithiang Falls. You can easily cover these popular tourist places in a day which will leave you rejuvenated and stunned!
